A fantastic experience from start to finish with Vincent and Sue. From the initial contact, to pickup and handover all was completed with a minimum of fuss. All aspects of the hire and use of the motorhome were explained thoroughly. We really enjoyed our week in the motorhome. Everything worked perfectly both off grid and with electric hook up as a bonus on the site we visited on the Isle of Man. Can't thank Vincent and Sue enough, it was a pleasure!! We booked Vincent and Sue’s van last minute as our van had a fault. What a lovely couple to rent from! So patient and understanding especially when we had a problem with the insurance! We had a beautiful week exploring wales and the camper van was perfect for the 3 off us and 2 dogs. But the communication was brilliant from Vincent and his wife and they are lovely and so helpful I would 100% do it again and recommend using these for hiring a van November 2025
