The handover with Sue and Vin was easy and smooth. They were very helpful when completing the handover. We went from the North to South and back North again. We downloaded a helpful app that told us the best routes for motorhomes and this helped avaoid any issues on the road or taking us places not suitable for the motorhome. The motorhome stay was great, the vehicle was clean and well equipped with Sue and Vin on hand for any questions or issues we had and were always responsive no matter the time of day. Sue and Vin made thebwhole process stress free and simple which was important as wenhad never done this type ofnholiday so, provided extra reassurance and supprt as and when needed. They were open to us taking our huge dog Doris and dhe too had the best time and adventures in the road. This was an awesome experience and Sue and Vin made it extra special. Thank you both so much. We really enjoyed our experience of renting ‘Ramsey’, Victor and Sues Swift Escape motorhome. From the start, communication was excellent, and we always received quick and helpful answers to any questions we had before hiring. We really appreciated the flexibility with the pick-up and drop-off times, which made the whole experience much more relaxed. The handover was also excellent. We were given comprehensive guidance on how everything worked, which meant we felt confident setting off and knew what to do when we arrived at a campsite. We toured the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline in Wonderful Wales, and Ramsey handled the hills, winding lanes and narrow roads with ease. The Swift Escape was great to drive and performed really well on the road. We also found it very easy to use on campsites, with everything being straightforward and practical. The living space is compact, but we found it well laid out and surprisingly comfortable for its size. Vincent and Sue were the perfect motorhome hosts from start to finish. They answer messages quickly and clearly, provide exactly what you need for your stay, are really helpful and clear during the handover and checks and are always friendly and polite. The Motorhome is immaculate, great to drive and perfectly equipped and set up for a relaxing 5-star holiday experience. The whole process from booking to handing back the motorhome was faultless. This was the first time we'd used Goboony, but the process was refreshingly straightforward with regular comms and an easy to use website. However, Goboony's success is reliant on people like the motorhome owners; Vin & Sue. They couldn't have done more to ensure the handover, hire period and return went smoothly. The motorhome was just as depicted on the website, and was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We stayed at some beautiful sites across North Wales I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vin & Sue or Goboony to any likeminded traveller. August 2026

Vincent and Sue couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. They took time to explain everything about the motorhome, it was our first trip so needed it all explaining, which they did extremely well. Vin & Sue are brilliant - fantastic communication from start to finish. Flexible of pick up and drop off with full instructions. The camper van is brilliant - clean and stocked with everything you need for a great break. Comfy bed, lots of storage space, easy to drive….everything was perfect. A fantastic experience from start to finish with Vincent and Sue. From the initial contact, to pickup and handover all was completed with a minimum of fuss. All aspects of the hire and use of the motorhome were explained thoroughly. We really enjoyed our week in the motorhome. Everything worked perfectly both off grid and with electric hook up as a bonus on the site we visited on the Isle of Man. Can't thank Vincent and Sue enough, it was a pleasure!! We will be venturing out again soon, we have caught the motorhome bug!! Mai 2026
