James was really welcoming and helpful. This was my 1st time hiring a camper, James took the time to talk me through how the van worked which left me assured. James answered all my questions before the booking so I could make the right choice. The van was in great condition and included everything I needed to enjoy the VanLove festival at Thruxton.
