Our first time in a campervan for a week in North Wales did not disappoint. We stayed in different sites, all with their own unique charm. We were met by Aaron, as Rob was on his honeymoon, and after a good explanation of the campervan, we were off.. Teddy Adi was our first stop, a basic site within walking distance of a beautiful beach, 'where the mountains meet the sea'. Next up Ty-newydd farm on the very tip of the Lynn Peninsula overlooking Bardsey Island, unspoilt, remote and perfect for a getaway from it all few nights. We headed inland after two nights, ,for two nights at the foot of the Snowdon mountains in Snowdonia National Park. Bryn Gloch caravan and camping, is a step up with excellent facilities and the most beautiful setting. Our last night was on Shell Island, off grid, stunning beaches, restaurant and bar if you want them, or total isolation if you don't. A great experience, so much to see. For novices, some of the lanes are very small, but most locals give way to campervans and we had no problems with any of the roads, sites and welcome from our hosts at each campsite. Part of the fun was finding out what we had to do each day before setting off, turn off the gas, disconnect the electric, fill or empty water and grey waste, lower the TV aerial.. all in all though a very special holiday in a stunning part of the UK.

Steve was a great hirer, really easy to deal with and completely hassle free from start to finish. He looked after the motorhome really well and brought it back clean and tidy. I’m glad to hear he enjoyed his trip, and I’d happily hire to him again any time!
