Problems can come any time. When I choose to hire a motorhome using Goboony I expected help if will any issue.
1. Before start the travel the owner of the motorhome communicated me the the motorhome has a problem. I ask help to Goboony but they declined any responsibility and any help asking me to find agreement with the owner.
2. At return I started a dispute where I ask thinks from owner any I asked thinks from Goby. They answered only for the thinks related with the owner of the motorhome, but never gave me an answer for what I requested to them.
3. How in the dispute Goboony decided the the owner of the motorhome should reimburse me some money, they asked the owner to pay me (not happened yet) but I expected that Goboony pay me back because I never paid directly the owner, but all time I paid Goboony.
