Katrina and Helen are lovely people but the van was not fit for purpose. The electrics did not work and although a mechanic was sent twice this could not be resolved. Goboony had also not put the right description up of the van claiming it had tv, air conditioning and rear computer monitored parking.. none of these things were included. When I raised a dispute i was offered 300 refund which I accepted, I still have not be refunded this money. I feel like we hired a van with a bed not the lovely campervan which was described and I feel cheated as having agreed to a much smaller refund than I initially asked for, this has not been refunded. Reaktion von Katrina We’re very sorry that the electrics failed during your hire and completely know how frustrating this was for you. We arranged for a mechanic to come out twice to try and resolve the issue, but unfortunately he was unable to locate the fault and, if anything, made matters worse. We truly regret that this disrupted your trip. As soon as you raised your concerns, we responded straight away and agreed on a £300 refund, which you accepted. We then asked for your bank details to process this refund, but we haven’t yet had a reply. Please do send them across so we can transfer the refund immediately.
