We booked at the last minute, as the one we were supposed to have wasn’t available and there was no contact with the original rental. With James, communication was excellent – within a single day we arranged all the details regarding pick-up and payment. The handover was very smooth; James explained everything clearly – what each feature was for and how to use it. The campervan was well equipped, with everything you might need for a trip like this. We had no issues at all while driving the NC500, whether staying at campsites or wild camping. In case of any problem, James was always easy to reach and provided quick assistance.
