Absolutely fantastic experience from booking the campervan to handing it back to Eun. Eun was in touch very quickly after booking to introduce himself to let us know he was available to answer any questions leading up to the hire. He got in touch a couple of days beforehand to get all the documents in place, this made the pickup so much easier as it got everything sorted really quickly.
On pickup day, Eun went over everything in the van and also sent a video outlining how to work everything - this was a great reminder as first time users of a campervan to refer back to during the trip.
The van was in excellent condition and caused no issues across the week.
We loved our time with the van and can’t wait to use Cohen’s again - great company, can’t recommend them highly enough.
