Richard war immer schnell zu erreichen, das Handover war unkompliziert und freundlich. Der Van war einwandfrei, gut zu fahren und gemütlich. Ausserdem ersetzt Richard die Vans regelmäßig, unserer war fast neu.

We all had a great week away in Richard's campervan. Richard showed us around the vehicle and made sure we knew how everything worked. All you really need to take with you is your quilt/cover or sleeping bag and obviously clothes for the week. We really can't recommend Richard enough :-)

This Campervan was perfect for our trip. It was compact for 3 adults and a dog but once you get used to the space and moving bags etc it works really well.
The size meant it was easy to drive on narrow roads.
Richard was very helpful in explaining how everything worked and when we had questions while away he was very quick to respond.
We will definitely hire from him again.

Very good experience, Richard could not have been more helpful. The camper van was almost new and in excellent condition. We had a wonderful time touring the South Coast.

Richard couldn't have been more helpful. Motor home was easy to drive and after 20 mins it felt natural to drive. The engine was powerful and the steering was light. The layout is clever and the functionality excellent. My teenagers particularly appreciated the TV and dvd player, especially on the wet evenings.
The weather was wet and cold but we were dry and warm.
Would recommend use the add on canopy for extra room. I would also recommend choosing your spot and stay there for a few days before travelling on.
If you'd like to hire a campervan, I would highly recommend Lovely Campervans and Richard. Just my opinion.

So much fun being out of the city and on the road. We were on a Grand(ish) Tour around the UK this summer and had a brilliant time in Richard's van ! Firstly, It's a fantastic vehicle first. The drive is smooth and agile which is comparable to driving a much smaller van or car. You *don't* feel like you are maneuvering a ship or turning up in an obnoxious eyesore. The front seats are the most comfortable yet and helpful on the longer drives. We are a family of 3 and the van's dimensions was well suited. We took our bikes with us for which Richard kindly let us use a rear mounted bike rack. I am 6ft-1" and had to sleep diagonally on the top bunk which was fine but it meant I had to sleep on my own. In other words for taller people of 6ft> the bunks are on the small side but otherwise very comfortable. Altogether the van was clean and felt modern and joyous. Richard is very professional in his approach. Prompt, communicative and helpful in all aspects of the hire. Highly recommending hiring vans from him and the Lovely Campervans company

Richard is not only extremely organised but also a lovely host that taught us a lot about campervaning (we were absolute beginners!) and we had a great holiday. Hiring a motorhome has certainly been a great experience, from the minute I arrived at Richards lovely premises in Sussex, he greeted me, offered me refreshments and showed me around the campervan. I was even able to leave my own car with him for the 6 nights I was travelling. It is a beautiful campervan, just a year old, very comfortable, nice to drive, with plenty of power. The living quarters are very well appointed and modern, and the bed is in a convenient position at the rear, meaning that you don't have to convert the dining area into a bed each evening as in some vehicles of this type. Loads of cupboard space and practically a full sized fridge. I would highly recommend renting a campervan from Richard and would like to thank him for the help and information he provided to me, as a first time campervan renter, I needed that, and felt supported every step of the way.
