James was very friendly and helpful explaining how things worked as we were first timers in a motorhome.
The Motorhome was excellent with plenty of power and automatic gearbox to cope with the Welsh mountains.

We have been thinking of buying a motorhome or campervan. several people had suggested hiring one first. Having looked at various layouts we decided to look for something similar to what we thought we would like.
After a bit of searching we found one with the layout we were looking for and automatic gearbox with James on the Goboony site. The motorhome was located north of us so we decided that was the direction to go and picked Whitby as the site to stay collecting the vehicle on route. Quicker on the return.
It took around an hour and half to go through the checks, learn how to work everything and load our things.
Having not driven a motorhome before, It was a relatively easy drive, helped by having the auto gears and plenty of power.
It is a 5 berth which meant there was plenty of room for the two of us, and lots of storage if we had wanted to take bikes as well.

Perfecto 👌 Very cozy motorhome and very communicable friendly flexible owners. About motorhome is cozy lovely home on the wheels. On your adventure you 99% will found everything on board, starting linens an finished all kitchen equipment, light colours of the interior make the motorhome bright, and it feels bigger than it is, very comfortable for 4 people whatever you do, travel, sleeping, eating or just chilling. Drive very smoothly, engine and automatic transmission will deliver you to any big mountain, overall cozy small home and very good and friendly owners. Recommend 💯 plus 1 % 😃

James and colleagues were really helpful. Beautiful Motorhome with all comforts. Would recommend. We have given four stars only because the Motorhome is on the small side for a family of four, more of a 2 berth+. We still loved it though. Beds super comfy, we all slept well.

Thanks Victoria, we're glad you had a great trip. Appreciate the feedback on the van too - the layout of this van is very normal to most other 5 berth motorhomes with the fixed twin bed layout to the rear and mechanical drop down double above the living space (which also converts to the 5th sleeping space). We chose this layout to give the balance of living vs. sleeping space along with the dry toilet/washroom and separate shower space within the 7.5m, 3.5t limit. Maybe in the future it would be worth looking at some of the over cab motorhome layouts for your family's needs (watch this space - we may look to add one to our fleet).
