The hand-over went very well, with Michal meeting us in the lower car park to transfer our car with the van (a great bonus being able to leave the car where the van is usually parked), and we transferred all of our gear without any fuss. Very happy with the vehicle. Comfortable, nice to drive, good economy for a diesel automatic (approx 32 mpg over five hundred miles). The underlying vehicle is the well specified High Line T6.1 van, so it comes with wired Apple CarPlay (and the Android equivalent), plus adaptive cruise control, which I found wonderful to use. Bring a USB-C cable to plug in the dashboard. The van was clean and well looked after. We missed some camping essentials, so be prepared to bring along glasses and mugs if you want the slightly more luxurious experience - but she (or is it he) was kitted out with essentials, which was great - including two fold up outdoor chairs and a big table, however, bring your own fold up chairs if you want a bit of outdoor comfort as the supplied chairs are more for space saving than comfort. Equipped with a two-seater rear bench seat, so slightly narrower than we'd ideally want in a van, (but you do gain a bit of extra storage), but with the pop-top, it was possible for one of us to sleep upstairs as it were, and the other on the rock-and-roll bed below. We had a Labrador with us, so she made herself very comfortable. We also brought along a windbreak (the kind you would use on a beach) to give us some privacy outside the van. We travelled to SW Wales and stayed on some "okay" campsites along the way (six nights in total). We used electric hook-up at each site, but to be honest, I don't think this is essential as the van has a leisure battery and an inverter, so as long as you don't demand too much from your mains supply, just running off-grid may be better (there are two mains sockets in the van). Getting away from the hard-standing electric hook-up often gets you away from the caravans and the larger "block of flats" motorhome scene. I looked on with envy at some other VW vans in a field at one site. We took advantage of the gas oven to make some toast, and the gas burner for morning drinks, although we did end up purchasing a low-wattage electric kettle as the supplied gas kettle was quite arduous for big tea and coffee drinkers. Michal and Martyna couldn't have been more helpful in assisting us with minor questions along the way; they were also very flexible, and returning the vehicle at the end of the trip went smoothly. We loved our week traveling in Vincent 🩶 What a great van! Vincent is a comfortable, clean and well equipped van. Martyna was always on hand to answer any queries and her promptness was very much appreciated at all stages of the hire period. We did mentioned how helpful it would be to have an information video as a user guide, as there is so much to remember at pick-up. Highly recommended. Martyna was a joy to hire from. All communication was faultless and Martyna made the whole experience easy. Myself and my son took the van to the New Forest for a couple of days where we visited Beaulieu motor museum and had some lovely father/son bonding time. Great little van, it was our first experience of a campervan and was very impressed. Very easy to drive, had everything you could want or need and didn’t feel like I was driving a bus! Being new, the van was in amazing condition and so easy to pick up being right by the station, meant we didn’t need to have 2 people to attend pick up and drop off as could jump on the train. Thank you for making it easy!! We did a different campsite each night (3 nights) and saw so much of the beautiful English countryside in Gloustershire and Wiltshire. Juni 2026

Vincent is a stunning Van, very well looked after and spotless. Martyna was a joy to communicate with, this was our first time using the site and she was incredibly helpful with all our questions, and answered so promptly every time. everything about hiring was made easy, Martyna explained how to use the van, bed fridge and pop top, showed us where everything was, and it does have everything. we had a great weekend and are very grateful to Martyna for letting us share Vincent. We had a great time using and staying in Vincent for a trip to Weston Super-Mare. The pick up and drop off was simple and we arranged a later drop off to maximise the day. The van drove well and was comfortable to sleep in and use. We gave some feedback that the hirers were keen to have and implement around short video user guides for simple things (as it’s hard to always remember the instructions). They haven’t been hiring the van out very long, so we’re wanting to improve the whole experience, which was great! Thank you 🙂 Juni 2026

We had a great experience from start to finish. Martyna was fantastic in her communications, every message I sent was answered within max 30mins and more usually before 5 mins. The van is excellent, its a real wow factor, even better than it looks in the photos. Its great to drive, nice and smooth and automatic, its extremely clean and imaculately cared for. It has everything you need from cables, to plates, dishes cuttlery, campchairs, table etc and the fridge with freezer section stays on all of the time, so always have cold drinks and bacon ready for breakfast. It was my first campervan experience and it definitely lived up to my expectations. THANK YOU Martyna, great to meet you and your lovely family.
