Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better campervan hire experience. From the very first enquiry to returning the van, everything was easy, professional and completely stress-free. The campervan itself was fantastic — incredibly clean, comfortable, well equipped and clearly very well looked after. It had everything we needed for our family adventure and made travelling around Europe such an amazing experience. We covered a LOT of miles, travelled through several countries and stayed in some incredible places, and the van never let us down. What really stood out, though, was the customer service received from Carl. He was friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great trip. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the whole process was straightforward and reassuring. We’ve come home with some absolutely brilliant memories from our trip — from the mountains and coastlines of Italy and Switzerland to Paris, and all the little adventures in between. Having such a great campervan made the whole experience even better. We would 100% hire from them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking about a campervan adventure. super helpful host. had a fab Easter holiday in Scotland. Nice motorhome with all facilities that we need. Highly recommended!!!

Carl was very helpful and honest during the handover. He provide me with a tour of the van to pick out all of the key features and aspects I would need to know. He was on hand throughout our trip to answer any questions we had via WhatsApp. The van was in very good condition, performed well throughout the holiday and is certainly one we would look to rent again in the future. Things to note that are inconsistent from the advert are that linens and towels are not provided and the van has 2 iso fix points (not 1). This has been fed back to Carl and he will be updating the advert accordingly.
