My van, which I call the vanhiboux, because of the little owl drawn above the windshield, was completely converted at home by my partner and myself. It was a vehicle that sold organic bulk products at markets. It is very spacious, bright and pleasant to live in. I worked on the layout, trying to provide maximum comfort and practicality. It is an atypical vehicle and everyone who has seen it has found it very good. It is 100% autonomous because there is a 400w solar collector that powers the LED lighting, the water pump, and the bed motor that goes up and down on a 100A service battery. The cooler is a mixed tri, the heating is a 5000w Vevor that runs on diesel oil. The Vanhiboux is very well insulated. More than 6 cm on the ground and the entire living area is 3 cm thick. There is an instantaneous gas water heater and the pump has a flow rate of 17l per minute. The water tank is 80l. The side hatch is very practical and opens in 10 seconds. By hanging the tarpaulins on the hatch, we created a small additional room that is very pleasant to live in.
