EXTRAS:

- Chemical toilet: Additional cost of €25.00.

- Pick-up and drop-off at Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport: Additional cost of €25.00 each way.

MANDATORY CONDITIONS:

- Security Deposit: A security deposit of €600 is required at check-in. However, this amount can be reduced to €500 if the renter chooses the enhanced insurance option during the booking process. This deposit serves as a security measure to cover any potential damages or losses during the rental period.

The deposit must be paid in cash and will be returned at check-out after a final inspection of the campervan. Please note that any detected damages or losses will be deducted from the deposit.

Additionally, please be aware that after check-out, we will temporarily reserve €100 from the deposit to cover possible Via Verde toll expenses. These expenses may take up to a week to be processed, and once we have the final amount, we will adjust the deposit accordingly. If the toll amount is less than €100, we will refund the difference via bank transfer, MBway, or PayPal. If it exceeds €100, we will ask that the difference be paid using the same method.

- Cleaning: It is essential that the campervan is returned in clean condition, as it was received. This includes emptying the grey water tank and chemical toilet, washing kitchen utensils, and emptying and unplugging the refrigerator. These actions are mandatory for all bookings. If the campervan is not returned properly cleaned, a cleaning fee of €200 will be applied upon return. We want to ensure every renter enjoys a pleasant experience, and keeping the campervan in impeccable condition for the next travelers is key to achieving that.
