The rental experience with Isabel was averall good. She provided us a lot of information about the van and the best places to visit on Gran Canaria. The van is nice and super well equipped with all the furniture and accessories described in the announcement, so we could have a full and rich experience of caravaning around the island. The only relevant problem we had was on brakes: from the first day we had one brake finished, causing a lot of noise and reduced braking performance. The damaged brake was aknowledged by both parts from the beginning of the rental, we accepted the van even with this problem (changing to a hotel holiday was not an option). Isabel proposed a 1free night compensation for the disadvantage, and we were very happy to receive this proposal, but in the end it was not mantained. A bit of disappointment for this, but brakes working normally, it would have been real 5star!!!

La furgo está hecha con todo tipo de comodidades, una habitabilidad increíble y hasta tiene su propia terraza arriba! Un flipe! Tuvimos un inesperado problema mecánico y no dudaron en ofrecernos otra furgoneta que nos sorprendió más a un si cabe por su diseño, su comodidad, y por el gusto tan exquisito que Inikcamper pone en todos sus diseños. Isabel fue maravillosa, estando atenta a a todas nuestras necesidades y gustos, haciendo que la experiencia fuese insuperable. Nosotros repetiremos sin duda, y te animamos a que tú también vivas esta experiencia que te enamorará.
