Matt was very welcoming and responsive to questions. He had a prepared pack which explained everything along with photographs, which we really appreciated so there was no need to make notes. He went through everything we needed to know to make sure we understood properly. He was very friendly and keen to share his knowledge and experience and for us to enjoy it as much as he clearly does. He gave us great advice about places to go and stay. He made sure we felt confident that we could contact him if we needed any more help while we were away. The van was well equipped including 2 camping chairs and an awning. Bedding and linen was included, with an extra set which we used. It was all very clean and fresh. We would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him. This was our first experience of using a campervan and we were pleased it was so easy to drive, especially for me, being a small woman. We toured along the Gower south coast which is absolutely beautiful. See photos. Mai 2026
