John was very friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions we had. The van was exceptionally well equipped and had everything we needed for our trip. We spent two nights off-grid and found that all the facilities worked perfectly, giving us the same level of comfort and convenience as when using a campsite hook-up. This was especially useful on evenings when we returned too late to check into a campsite.
