The handover from Matt was really helpful and well planned, we got all the info we needed and he kindly offered to be a bit flexible with the pickup and drop off times, which was much appreciated. We went to a music festival only about 50 odd miles away, mostly up the M1 which was a breeze for the van and the country roads were no problem too. The kitchen and fridge-freezer worked well, there was plenty of gas, and the supplied pans were great for cooking. What we noticed especially, is that as well as being comfortable and spacious, the van is very well insulated from noise outside, especially handy when you want to sleep at a noisy festival. I'll definitely be seeing if Halen is available the next time we need a campervan.
