The van was great for our short trip (2 of us) on the NC500. It was small enough for the tight roads and easy to drive. The bed was surprisingly comfy. Elizabeth was very communicative and the pick-up/ drop off was really helpful (especially as we were running late for our flight!). As novice campers some more info on the van would have been helpful, but Elizabeth was on hand to reply to queries.
