We had the most wonderful adventure with Matilde, the beautiful green campervan! From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless and so much fun. Chris made the booking simple and welcoming, and the handover was efficient with a quick guide of the essentials and sharing of useful information and , Matilde was clean and well-equipped, and ready to go. I took her up to the Lake District with my two children and our dog, and she truly felt like a cozy home on wheels. The kids loved having their own little space, and we were amazed at how cleverly everything was laid out — plenty of room for all of us without ever feeling cramped. Even Lucy out dog settled right in! Driving Matilde was a dream: smooth, reliable, and surprisingly easy to handle on those skinny winding Lake District roads. Every stop was an adventure — waking up to mountain views, cooking breakfast by the lakeside, and having the freedom to explore without worrying about where we’d stay. Matilde made our trip unforgettable. She’s not just a campervan, she’s a character in the story — and we’ll definitely be booking her again for our next family adventure. Highly, highly recommended!
