The hire went fine but when I returned the vehicle the owner advised there was a scratch on the bumper (on top of existing damage which is why I didn't notice). I can only assume this was done while the van was parked but the owner advised she would log it as an incident but not charge me. A week later I had the full security deposit deducted and have just been advised the cost of repairing the scratch on the bumper is £300.
