The handover was quick, we got all the instructions needed on how to operate all the stuff, from light and charging, to the gas cooker. Gwendolyn is a great campervan. Since it's a bigger version of Ford Transit, we were able to stand in the van with no issues (with my wife we are both about 173cm tall). The van was quite easy to operate on the narrow roads of Scotland, even on the Isle of Skye and the Scottish Highlands. One must count with the height limits, especially on some park places, but it wasn't a big issue (usually there was suitable park place nearby). The van had everything we needed for a 10 days long trip. We even cooked some food with no issues. We never used the sink as we washed the dishes in camps, and we never used the toilet as we slep either in camps or close to public toilets. The only small thing (which is completely on us) was with parking - in UK, license plates allows for both number 0 and letter O to be used. Both looks similar and if it's O or zero depends on position. That might be an issue especially when paying for the parking online as there's usually no check if the license plate is correct.
