Regarding the battery, for some reason it dropped to 11.8v instead of the usual 12v. I’m not entirely sure why — it could have been something minor like the rear-view camera, air conditioning, or radio. The van has since been driven without any issues. Unfortunately, we received some incorrect advice from the RAC that day, which caused you a bit of a delay. Rest assured, the battery was never actually flat or empty and you got back to London fine the next day. Thank you for leaving the van tidy :)
