This was our first time doing a campervan holiday and we chose this one due to location and reviews. The process and service from Sean from start to finish was fantastic. He was quick at responding to our initial queries and flexible with collection and drop off times. Upon collecting, Sean gave us a full tour and demonstration for using the van which gave us full confidence in using it. It’s a lot to take in first time but he also provided a manual with clear explanations and photographs on how to use everything. Sean was quick to reply with any questions we had while out on our trip too. The van itself was immaculately clean on collection and had everything we needed for two nights around the Snowdonia area with two young children, 7 and 4, who loved camping in the pop top. You won’t be disappointed when booking this van with Sean and we’ll definitely look to do it again soon. April 2025
