Nice clean van and excellent handover from Joe. The van is a delight to drive and fairly easy to park. It is well equipped and in near perfect condition.
The goboony service is not great. Way too many emails and reminders and the insurance system is not fair or reasonable. To take the massive £1500 deposit several weeks ahead of the hire is ridiculous; and in my case pushed me to pay the exorbitant additional premium to reduce the excess.
