Can't fault the whole experience! As a first timer, it was kind of Ray to even consider letting me hire his beautiful motorhome for such a short period. On collection he had the right balance of taking enough time to explain everything I need to know, while not overwhelming me or being too precious about his motorhome. Instead he encouraged me to just enjoy the experience, which we certainly did! Any admin was seamlessly dealt with, and communication brilliant if I had any queries, which I did a couple of times.
