My first campervan experience was excellent, thanks to Adam and Tom and the lovely Katie-J.
I collected the van from Adam, feeling slightly apprehensive about driving a larger vehicle, but he was very reassuring and within a couple of miles I felt totally at ease at the wheel. Before setting off he talked me through all the features of the van and we competed the necessary paperwork. The van was very clean and well presented.
I headed down to Exmouth, not too far from where I live but a big enough distance to give me a full experience of driving and checking into a campsite. I had three days there before very reluctantly returning the van. Everything worked as it should and the van was equipped with all that I needed. An added bonus was having somewhere to change when I decided to stop at a beach for an evening swim. I have to emphasise how comfortable the bed was, I had the best nights sleep for months! I absolutely loved the whole experience and am off to look at one to buy tomorrow!
Returning the van was equally straightforward, Adam and Tom were very communicative, replying to my questions and messages very promptly.
