This was not only our first trip with Goboony but ever driving a campervan. Our trip was to be around Europe for 44 nights and as we live in NZ, it was vital to get everything right. Max was accommodating and helpful from the outset including adjusting the price for our extra long rental. Communication was responsive and the van handover well planned and quick and easy and respectful. I suspect that if Goboony had an ideal experience in mind, it might have been this. Our trip was worry free and the van performed well. We were pleased not to have rented a larger vehicle, the VW was fine for exploring small Italian and French villages and happily sat at 80mph on the European motorways.
