Ben provided outstanding service from start to finish. His communication before our trip was excellent, and when we collected Tilly, he went above and beyond to ensure we were well-prepared. Ben was very thorough in pointing out minor existing paint chips, which gave us peace of mind, and he was reassuring about the realities of wear and tear during a hire.
Tilly was an absolutely fantastic camper—perfect for driving, sleeping, cooking, and everything else we needed. The van was spotless and exceeded our expectations in every way.
