Pick up and drop off was superb, everything explained on a pick up, and no issues on drop off. What's app communication has helped alot rather than messaging through goboony. Ana was flexible with drop off times, as long as the tank was full on return she was happy. We went on a coastal Wales trip from Snowdonia to Swansea, very rural, roads were as difficult as it can get, but the campervan shocked us how nimble and swift Colin was. Colin had everything that you would need even more, some of the stuff we have left at home as it was just an extra included in the rental and we did not require it. It was spacious enough for evening relax times, (Uno cards in glove box, included 😀), night sleep and morning breakfast for two people and two dogs. I am 6ft and with overhead space open it was perfect for me to comfortably stand. Colin even has a hot shower, we did not use it ourselves but for the dogs it was great. One suggestion I would recommend for travelers is to buy 4 thick rubber door mats, £5 at B&Q, piece of mind if you are parked on grass pitch. With all the luxuries that Colin is packing, it is quite heavy and will sink a little over night. We will take Colin again if available on our next trip. This was our first campervan trip and we have fell in love with the style of travel, partially because of Colin and service we have received. Oktober 2025
