a lot of messing about on collection..have to sort your own insurance and takes far too long to getyour deposit back ..on the plus side you do get a better variety of motorhome

We’re sorry you found the collection process frustrating. The forms and checks completed at both collection and drop-off are requirements set by Goboony and are in place to protect both the owner and the hirer.
We also understand your comments regarding the insurance arrangements and the time taken for the deposit to be returned. Unfortunately, these are processes managed by Goboony, so they are outside of our control and we’re unable to change how they are handled.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are glad that, overall, you enjoyed the motorhome.

Great motorhome, easy to drive loads of room inside and the fridge/freezer was life saver. Mark was a great host and made the whole process easy which was great as it was our first time hiring a motorhome.

Mark has been amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much and he was available if needed.
The motor home, I am obsessed! It's the perfect airy layout. Spacious, cozy and has everything you need inside(plates, cups, a frying pan, kettle, some utensils, washing up liquid and sponge). The beds are full size beds so you are guaranteed a good sleep (couldn't get my teen out of bed). The toilet and shower are good too.
It's pretty much in brand new condition. I will without a doubt hire it again as well as reccomend it to others.

A fantastic first time trip! Mark was extremely helpful, and we loved the motor home. Modern, came with everything we needed and super comfortable beds. Can’t fault the motor home or service from Mark. Highly recommend.

This is the best motorhome ever. We haves hired others in the past but this one is the best. We travelled all the way from Leeds to collect it because it ticked all the boxes in terms of layout for our family of 5 and the fact it was automatic transmission. Mark was helpful, very friendly and kind. We took the van to carfest and it was perfect. Easy to drive and park up. Loads of good features and everything we needed. Thanks Mark we loved it!
