Dies war unsere erste Erfahrung mit einem Wohnmobil und Junge, haben wir uns ein gutes ausgesucht! Der Van selbst hat eine tolle Größe, lässt sich leicht manövrieren und fährt sich gut. Er ist sowohl funktional als auch komfortabel ausgestattet, und wir beide (+ großer Hund) kamen acht Tage lang gut zurecht. Die Betten waren sogar sehr bequem. Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte ohne Stromanschluss, und dank Toilette/Dusche, Zusatzbatterie, Wassertank und Flüssiggas war das auch für uns zwei Neulinge kein Problem. Neben der Ausstattung des Vans hat Emily an alles gedacht, was man braucht, und es in verschiedenen Stauräumen verstaut, sodass es nicht im Weg ist, aber bei Bedarf leicht zu finden ist. Ich spreche von Tisch/Stühlen, Wäscheleine, Thermoskannen, Kartenspiel, um nur einige Dinge zu nennen, die mir in den Sinn kommen. Emily ist auch der halbe Grund, warum diese Bewertung 5 Sterne hat – sie war vor der Reise so gründlich und kommunikativ, dass sie die etwas überwältigende Situation sehr beruhigend machte. Sie rief sogar bei P&O Ferries an, um sicherzustellen, dass Flüssiggas erlaubt war. Der Check-in-Prozess verlief reibungslos, im Van lag ein praktischer Reiseführer bei, und ich bin mir sicher, dass sie uns im Notfall sofort geholfen hätte. Nochmals vielen Dank, Emily!

Had a great time away. The van has a great layout and everything you needed (and more) was provided. It was comfortable even though the weather wasn't great and easy to use. Emily gave great instructions and was always on hand if I had any questions too. Would definitely recommend and be hiring again!

We had such a fantastic experience hiring the VW campervan ARKOO through Goboony with Emily as our host. From the very beginning, Emily was absolutely wonderful – friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Communication with her was excellent; she replied quickly to our messages and made everything really easy. We flew into Southampton Airport, took a train to Basingstoke, and Emily kindly met us there to hand over the van. The whole handover process was smooth and thorough, and she made sure we felt confident before setting off. The campervan itself was brilliant – very comfortable, easy to drive, with everything we needed, including a toilet and shower. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, which made the trip even better. Returning the van was just as easy, with Emily once again meeting us in Basingstoke and making the whole process seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Emily, for being such an accommodating and thoughtful host – we would absolutely recommend you and ARKOO to anyone looking for a great campervan adventure!

Wow! What an incredible Campervan. This was our very first ever trip in one so went in with zero experience. Emily was fantastic from start to finish. She took time to show us how everything worked. The info booklet is so insightful that any questions we had were answered. The Campervan is fully equipped and a fantastic hire. We will definitely be hiring this again.

Complete campervan novice, and Emily guided us through what we needed, and went a step further by providing everything we could possibly need. From start to finish we had an excellent time. Communication with Emily was exceptional and Arkoo was spotless, practical and perfect for all our needs. We had an amazing time with Arkoo! We spent 3 nights away and had a lot of fun. Emily made everything very smooth, added extra lovely touches and was very friendly.
