Loved this van! Will was so quick at replying (both before & during the hire) which was super helpful - and a relief as we were new to this. Will was also great with the pick up & drop off, being super flexible with times which made such a difference allowing us to squeeze as much out of our long weekend holiday as possible! And even letting our young dog play with his in their garden while we packed and unpacked the van - little things that just helped make the process stress-free. The only thing was that the van does come with some quirks with the doors getting stuck each day and the handbrake being a bit sticky, but other than that all great. The camper van has been made so well with everything you could possibly want everywhere you'd want it and felt modern & homey. It was our first ever time hiring/driving a camper van and we loved it (as did our dog!).

Fantastic Campervan Experience with Big Bex We hired Big Bex for a trip through Yorkshire and the Lake District, and it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Will, the owner, was incredibly helpful and made himself available for any questions or problems throughout our journey. His walkthrough of how everything worked was clear and reassuring, especially for anyone new to campervans. The van itself was comfortable, spotless, and really well looked after. It drove beautifully, even through the winding countryside roads, and had everything we needed for a smooth, enjoyable trip. We love Bex! We had the absolute best time doing the North Coast 500 in Big Bex - well equipped with everything you need, really gorgeous inside and Will has really thought of everything - fairy lights in the drawer, chargers, etc, even a smoothie maker! The shower was lovely and hot, the bed was super comfy, there was a good amount of storage, everything was just so perfect! Will was so friendly and helpful, communicating with us throughout our trip when we needed it. 10000% recommend. We will be definitely booking again! Every year! Thank you so much!

Loved the whole experience of hiring Big Bex from Will. Bex is a dream to drive and well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a weekend away. She has been beautifully built with attention to detail and the internal layout has been really well considered. Will was super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and did a thorough handover before we drove away. He was on hand over the weekend for any questions too. We had a wonderful weekend in North Yorkshire and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Will and Bex to anyone wanting their next van adventure!

Will was super accommodating and really responsive to any questions. He gave my wife (she was doing the driving) a very thorough handover showing her all around the van.
Bex was an absolute joy to drive and was super comfortable to stay in. As we were at a festival, she was a total godsend. The van was really well equipped, with pots, pans, kettle, stove top coffee maker, toiletries, tea towels etc. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was just the best. As we were off grid, We weren't sure how many showers we'd get out of the water tank but between us, we had 7 quick ones. The water was piping hot and a really decent pressure too. Just what we needed. The garage space is a great size, brilliant for storing your cases and crates. We said the experience was just like staying in an Airbnb. I can thoroughly recommend choosing this camper. July 2024
