I hired Beatrice, Juley’s motorhome, for a road trip around Wales with my daughter and our dog, Lola — and it honestly couldn’t have been a better experience! From the moment we booked, Juley was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for our trip. Her communication was brilliant, and she took the time to explain how everything worked, which made us feel completely at ease before setting off. Beatrice herself was a dream — spotless, comfortable, and so well equipped with everything we could possibly need. She handled the Welsh roads with ease! We made some truly special memories — my daughter loved the adventure, and Lola was in her element exploring all the new places. It was the perfect way to see Wales and spend quality time together. Thank you so much, Juley, for sharing Beatrice with us and for being such a wonderful host. We’ll definitely be booking again for another adventure soon!

Jules was great. Beatrice is kitted out with everything you need. She was so helpful and kind to us a newbies to the camper van life! We stayed in great sites having joined the Caravan and Camping Club. We even stopped and had lunch by a lake. It was so cozy and easy.

Beatrice ist ein ausgezeichneter Van. Der Motor schien großartig, zum Zeitpunkt des Schreibens hatte er nur ca. 31.000 Meilen auf dem Tacho, obwohl es sich um einen ca. 15 Jahre alten Van handelte. Offensichtlich gut gewartet, als wir den Transporter mieteten, schien alles zu funktionieren und es waren vier brandneue Reifen montiert. Trotz des Alters des Vans fühlte sich alles sauber und in gutem Zustand an. Juley stellte standardmäßig viele Dinge zur Verfügung, mit denen ich nicht wirklich gerechnet hatte … Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Spülmittel. Während unserer Reise gingen einige kleinere Innenausstattungen kaputt (meiner Meinung nach aufgrund des Alters des Vans). Juley war bei der Rückgabe sehr verständnisvoll und hat nicht versucht, uns etwas in Rechnung zu stellen. Alles war reparierbar, sodass alles wieder in Ordnung sein sollte, wenn jemand, der dies hier liest, den Van mietet. Die Übergabe verlief ausgezeichnet. Juley war sehr geduldig mit uns, da wir zum ersten Mal ein Wohnmobil mieteten, und stellte sicher, dass wir mit den Anweisungen zufrieden waren. Die einzige Beanstandung, die wir an dem Van hatten, war die Genauigkeit der Anzeige für den Wassertank. Wir trauten ihr nicht (anscheinend ist das bei Wohnmobilen üblich), sie schien manchmal stecken zu bleiben. Wir haben es geschafft, vier aufeinanderfolgende Nächte ohne Stromanschluss und ohne Nachfüllen des Wassertanks zu verbringen, obwohl wir nur zu dritt im Van waren und mit vielen Litern Wasserflaschen bewaffnet reisten, um den Tank im Van aufzufüllen. Alles in allem waren wir mit unserer ersten Anmietung sehr zufrieden. Würde wieder zu Juley gehen und Beatrice wieder mitnehmen.

Juley welcome was warm and professional. The hand over process was very straightforward. Beatrice was a wonderful home away from home for 5 days of toring the South coast of England. The camper was equipped with everything we needed, along with some thoughtful extras provided by Juley. The camper drove well and we enjoyed trouble free touring for the duration of our time on the road. Duvets and blankets were clean,warm and snuggly. Beatrice provided us with lots of functional space to relax and enjoy the sights. Highly recommend Juley and Beatrice if you fancy a getaway.
