Simply great comms from the off; Kelvin was always very quick to reply to my early questions prior to collection and throughout the hire period. Collection process was simple - lots of advise and clear instructions regarding the use of the van (very thorough and well documented) and an offer of any follow up calls/questions while I was away; not required as the time spent during the handover period (45min) was first class. The van was in superb condition, immaculately clean on collection with lots of basics included we hadn’t considered; sweeteners, S&P, spray oil, washing up liquid, toilet roll etc🙏. The van was an easy drive and perfect for our needs, venturing across to the Lake District. Would defiantly hire again, if we haven’t purchased our own first 😁

Excellent all round experience. The owners took their time to go through the van features. The van was well equipped with everything we need. Drives well and very warm. Would recommend.

We are new to campervaning but thoroughly enjoyed our first holiday in this one. We were given clear and detailed instructions about everything to do with the van before we set off and when we had a query whilst on holiday, advice was given immediately. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I would recommend it.

Alex was very helpful upon collection pointing out how everything worked and drop off was easy too. We had a great 3 days away with a van that was comfortable, easy to drive and spacious.

Delfin is a lovely van that I would highly recommend. The handover and drop off was handled really well. The owners are lovely people and a joy to rent from.
This van is well equipped and in good order. We had everything we needed for our weekend away. Everything worked just as it should and there was plenty of space for the two of us. The bed is really comfortable and the leisure battery lasted well for our 3 day trip, no ride outs were required to top up the battery! She drives well and the cruise control is a helpful addition for major roads. Thanks for renting her to us Alex, Delfin was a pleasure to stay in and performed really well. Just the Job! :-)

Very well-appointed campervan, with all the facilities you need for a great trip. She was very nice to drive and a great size, even for the smaller country lanes of Norfolk. That being said, she was plenty big enough on the inside for two of us sharing and very comfortable. We had a great trip.
