From start to finish, our experience with Keith and Alison was excellent. As first-time campervan renters, we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. Communication was perfect throughout. Before we collected the van, Keith sent us a series of really helpful instructional videos explaining how everything worked, which gave us plenty of confidence before setting off. Collection and handover were equally impressive. Keith carried out a thorough check of the van and then gave us a comprehensive walkthrough of all the features and equipment. Knowing we could simply send a text if we had any questions while we were away was also very reassuring. The van itself was spotless, extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and a pleasure to drive. It handled our three-hour journey to Nottingham with ease and was perfect for our two-night stay in Blidworth for a family get-together. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would have no hesitation in renting from Keith and Alison again. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially if it’s your first time hiring a campervan. A thoroughly deserved five-star experience!
