The rental procedure, communication with the owners and receiving the van were easy and straightforward. Miquel (and Magdalena) was lovely, very approachable and when we had an issue he came immediately and sorted it very quickly. He explained everything and gave us recommendations which were spot-on he was flexible about time and location if collection and return of the van which was extremely helpful and saved us lots of time we had a fantastic time. The van was perfect and comfortable
