Communication and transfer with the friendly landlord Kris went smoothly. Explanation was very good, both verbally and on paper (extensive user manual is included). Even when there were questions during the trip (we are not yet experienced motorhome travelers), Kris always responded very quickly. The Bürstner camper van was brand new and therefore spotless. We drove the Romantic Road in southern Germany and also drove into the Austrian Alps and that was a very nice trip in which we enjoyed ourselves very much in this comfortable camper van. Handling after return went smoothly and quickly. Within a few hours after returning, a message from Goboony that the deposit will be refunded. All in all a top experience with Goboony and landlord Kris!!
The handover was pleasant and the explanations were clear. Kris was very patient and helpful. It was my first time driving a campervan. I was incredibly nervous about driving to the Ardennes with its ups and downs. But Kris reassured me that I could do it, and yes, it was a blast driving this campervan, and the boys thoroughly enjoyed it. It was precisely this campervan that made it special because of its practical interior. And with manageable dimensions, which made me feel safe on the road. Thank you, Kris, for the wonderful collaboration and trust. Greetings from Maria, Noah, and Jonathan.
A great campervan to travel with and very pleasant contact with the owner!
The camper, as well as the contact with the rental company, exceeded my expectations. Clear explanations and agreements certainly contributed to this. And the beautiful weather ;-) Thank you!
Everything went very well and correctly. Clear, fast, and friendly communication!
