Hired for a trip to Silverstone for 2 adults and a teenager. Handover was later than expected and felt rushed however Chloe provided a booklet with instructions which helped. The motorhome itself was clean, spacious for the 3 of us and had plenty of storage which was a bonus compated to other motorhomes we have hired previously. However I'm not sure how 6 people would get on as i feel anymore than 4 would be a squeeze. There is a great fridge with freezer box and a microwave and also a small TV which was an added bonus during a storm. On a personal note we found the fixed double bed extremely difficult to access due to its height and small access space. My Grandson said the over cab bed was very comfortable. I would suggest taking your own kitchen utensils as these were minimal in the van. We were also confused with the cleaning fee charges as we took the the motorhome back clean inside and out and were still charged?? We were also given a extended return time which we really appreciated. Overall the motorhome served our needs adequately but going forward we will look else where due to the bed issue. Juli 2024

Reaktion von Chloe Thankyou for your review - Sorry you felt rushed in your handover the time for collection was 3pm which you stated couldn't arrive untill 3.30pm but didn't actually arrive untill 4pm and I do also have a job that I needed to get to at 4pm. As for the cleaning fee I did explain when you returned the camper that I spent hours cleaning it inside and out before you collected it, I am very grateful that you kept it clean on returning it but you must appreciate that i still have to clean it again aswell as washing and drying the bed sheets provided.
