We spent 5 amazing days in the camper exploring the NC500.
The van was spotless and so easy to drive around those tiny roads. Easily accommodated us as 2 adults and our 11year old.

Fantastic campervan for the nc500, perfect size for two adults and two small children with a dog. Albeit we had a tent to supplement sleeping at campsites. Katie was really friendly and helpful to show us the van on pick-up, with all the necessary cookware and bedding provided.

We had a wonderful experience with this campervan and the rental team.
Before finalizing our booking, we exchanged several messages with Katie. She was extremely responsive, very helpful, and guided us in preparing for our trip — which was a first for Christine and me.
Louis, who handed over the vehicle, was very kind and gave us clear instructions along with some great recommendations for our road trip along the North Coast 500.
We drove around 1,000 km without the slightest issue.
I completely recommend this campervan: it was perfect for Christine and me — not too big, not too small.

We loved the van! We could’ve quite happily have driven her back home! It was the perfect size for the two of us and was comparable in size to our saloon back home, which made driving the single track roads and parking a breeze! The van handled the roads with ease and was really economical. We could tell the van was loved, well looked after/maintained. It was super clean and smelt great, everything exceeded our expectations! Katie was truly an amazing host, she was super friendly, helpful and easy to contact. Katie provided us with clear instructions for the van which really made our life easier (we’d never used one before or had been camping). Katie is really knowledgeable and happy to share recommendations which we loved. We couldn’t have asked for more, Katie was the perfect host and had the perfect van! Katie was amazing from the moment we booked, communication was great and made our trip that bit smoother! The van itself is great if not better than pictured, perfect little space for me and the 2 other people I was travelling with! Great little van for doing the North Coast 500, it’s not too big for the roads and we had no real issues driving on the smaller/narrower roads! If you’re considering booking I’d recommend 100% just going for it, you won’t be disappointed this trip was out of this world and one we will definitely be doing again! What a fab week we had exploring the NC500 in the Roadhouse! The van was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 young children (5 and 8)...even when we couldn't put the roof up due to high winds we still had a comfortable nights sleep. The fridge, coffee machine and heater were extra luxuries that made the experience even better! Katie was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend the Roadhouse for your Highlands adventures!

This was our first experience of using a campervan and it was truly amazing! The NC500 was incredible in itself, the views and scenery were spectacular, and The Roadhouse made it possible for us to see this. Katie was always quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our trip, and when we arrived to collect the campervan, Louis explained everything to us. They were both more than helpful and made it clear that if we had any problems we could contact them. The Roadhouse is easy to drive, well maintained and well equipped with all you need! We had an unforgettable 12 days and our cocker spaniel Milo loved the trip too!

We had a memorable holiday on the NC500 and this fantastic camper van played it’s pivotal role superbly. The communication with Katie and her family was a breeze. The van provided absolutely everything we needed whilst on our journey. The van navigated everything that was thrown at it by the route with ease, even the Bealach na ba was not much of a test. We loved our time in the van doing the nc500 road trip! Louis greeted us and was so helpful and friendly showing us how everything worked in the van upon arrival. Louis and Katie were also very flexible with pick up and drop off time which was great. The van had pretty much everything in terms of facilities - bedding etc, cooking equipment, even some games ☺️. Katie was able to respond quickly to any questions we had which was also good.
