The van was way better than expected and so clean inside with plenty of storage too
We took the van to Belgium for a week and Mark ensured we had everything we needed to ensure insurances, kits etc were all in place

Glastonbury for the first time… after over 20 years of trying, so we went in style. It was a god send especially with the hot weather. It was so comfy, enough for 4 adults & we hired the awning as well. It had everything you needed! Great on fuel. This will be one of the highlights for us, being able to come back to comfort. It was the most special weekend. Thank you! What I have also realised is you don’t need much in life.. the little chopping board optimises this! ♥️

This was an excellent first try of a camper van. Mark was very clear and thorough in going through all the details of how to use the van and was very patient with questions and helpful with tips and advice to help us get the most out of the van. The van itself was easy to drive and get set up once we got to the site we had booked. The space and facilities all worked out really well for the two of us and our dog. We went to the Peak District and had a great long weekend around the Hayfield area. The van was a great base for some walks and visits to the pub and was warm and cosy when the rain started.

Mark was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. I rented Silver Surfer as a practise run as I'm planning to buy in the future, and it fit the bill perfectly for all my needs, especially being dog friendly! Mark is very helpful and explained things really well at hand over, he even provided a porta pottie. The Van was perfect for our Glastonbury trip, it enhanced our overall experience, providing comfort after long hard day of trekking around the Glastonbury stages and events. The Van is perfectly catered for all you need in the kitchen and for sleeping, we are particular impressed with the solar system which enable non-stop electricity, our wine stayed at the right temperature in the fridge!!

We had planned a road trip around France to celebrate my partner’s 30th birthday and found Mark’s van which we thought would be the perfect way to do it. Mark was very helpful and the communication before we picked up the van was great, Mark was more than happy to answer all my questions and helped me out with what I needed before we drove abroad. When we met Mark to collect the van, which he had very kindly let us pick up early, he was very friendly and showed us everything we needed to know before we set off. The van was well equipped and Mark had thought of everything! We had everything we could have needed on our trip and we loved how homely the van felt. We drove around France with no problems stopping off at campsites along the way, waking up every morning making a coffee in the van with a fresh pastry was perfect ☺️ we truly fell in love with the freedom this trip gave us and now we have had a feel for van life we can’t wait to plan our next trip! We would recommend Mark & his van to everyone!

We were so excited to have the opportunity of a VW camper experience when attending Glastonbury this year.
From our first interactions with Mark we found him to be responsive, friendly and accommodating. Meeting him and his family in person, when collecting and dropping off the van, was a pleasure and we could not have wished for more lovely, wiling people to become so invested in us having the best time.
Mark provided detailed and easy instructions to all van mechanisms and there were a few he had to take us through! When left to our own devices we quickly became adept based on instructions given. Silver Surfer was easy to drive and was equipped and fitted out comfortably.
We would highly recommend this experience... we had no idea when we first spoke about campervan hire that Goboony and people like Mark existed, willing to share their love of campervan experience with others.
We will certainly be considering this experience again in the future.
