Katie J is a lovely camper. Maybe old with some life experience scares on the outside, but inside as described. Bed very comfy. Well equipped, everything works. Drives well. Tom & Adam, are great communicators. Decent, honest people to deal with, nothing to much trouble. We would hire again from them. September 2025

We had a fantastic 3 night getaway in Katie-J with our dog, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The van was super easy to drive even for someone not used to larger vehicles and felt comfortable and reliable throughout. Adam was brilliant to deal with: communication was clear and friendly from start to finish, and the pick-up/drop-off process was flexible and hassle-free. The van itself is cleverly laid out with great storage and lots of thoughtful touches that made the trip extra enjoyable, everything from fairy lights to camping chairs was included, making it feel like a proper little home on wheels. Our dog settled in easily too, and it was great to find a pet-friendly camper that was clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. We’d absolutely recommend Katie-J for anyone looking for a relaxed, well supported campervan adventure. Thanks again, Adam! August 2025

Adam and Tom’s communication was great and made the handover and return easy. The van was great to drive on narrow roads. It had a comfy bed and the fridge was cold. We did a road trip up to Bath and returned to Southampton. August 2025

My first campervan experience was excellent, thanks to Adam and Tom and the lovely Katie-J. I collected the van from Adam, feeling slightly apprehensive about driving a larger vehicle, but he was very reassuring and within a couple of miles I felt totally at ease at the wheel. Before setting off he talked me through all the features of the van and we competed the necessary paperwork. The van was very clean and well presented. I headed down to Exmouth, not too far from where I live but a big enough distance to give me a full experience of driving and checking into a campsite. I had three days there before very reluctantly returning the van. Everything worked as it should and the van was equipped with all that I needed. An added bonus was having somewhere to change when I decided to stop at a beach for an evening swim. I have to emphasise how comfortable the bed was, I had the best nights sleep for months! I absolutely loved the whole experience and am off to look at one to buy tomorrow! Returning the van was equally straightforward, Adam and Tom were very communicative, replying to my questions and messages very promptly. I can't recommend Adam, Tom and Katie-J highly enough and would definitely rent from them again. With many thanks, Annie. August 2025

I was really pleased with the communication from Adam and Tom - they were quick to respond, positive and accommodating. Katie is a great van - it has a really comfortable bed and great sound proofing. I slept really well despite storms going on around me! It has everything you need- a handy fridge and USB charging points, fold out chairs etc. It drives very easily-even as a short person I could reach the pedals comfortably. Thanks to Adam and Tom! Classic campervan fun… Adam gave me a quick overview of “Katie” including warning me of some classic errors to avoid, he was very relaxed and this made me feel at ease, he gave me just enough information to get on with and assured me that he and Tom were available through WhatsApp to answer any questions during my trip. I went to the Silverstone Grand Prix for the first time camping on a farm in Silverstone about 100 miles each way, the drive reminded me of one of my very first cars right down to the tape deck that I listened to my first music on. I got the cooking and washing things out of the cupboards and set the bed up for the weekend, and blacked out the windows with the screens. The cooking facilities meant that I could cook for myself and the fridge was small but handy for the essentials. The bed was comfortable and the screens worked well and I slept well. The weekend was great and Katie and I got on well, two ladies on an adventure together. Juli 2025

Katie J was perfect, easy to drive and lovely comfy bed. Unfortunately I became ill and admitted to hospital, so had to cut our trip short. Adam was an absolute superstar, so kind and understanding and made arrangements to collect the van himself. I cannot thank them enough and will definitely be booking Katie J again. We absolutely love Katie-J and wanted to keep her forever!! Our trip up to Scotland was fabulous thanks to Katie-J and the support of Adam and Tom. Picking Katie-J up from Adam was super easy, he's flexible about pick up and return times, and chatting to him made us feel super confident- we had never driven a campervan before but he gave us the rundown and Katie-J was amazing to drive. Adam + Tom are really communicative and positive guys, we felt like we could ask them any question and they were looking out for us. We would 100% recommend hiring from them whether you're a regular campervanner or completely new to it like we were :) Some notable things to mention about Katie-J would be the ridiculously comfy bed (we didn't believe all the reviews saying it was super comfy until our first night, everyone was right!!), the built in lights, and the handy fridge. We also loved the fact that Adam and Tom have thought of literally everything you could possibly want or need - Katie-J comes with camping chairs, a stove, travel games, fairy lights, you name it. No matter what the Scottish weather threw at us, we had the best time. We will definitely be hiring Katie-J again! Thank you Adam and Tom! Robyn and Emily :) September 2024

The handover was very quick and easy. Adam gave clear instructions about how everything worked. He was also very happy to answer any questions we had before the trip and always quickly responded in a friendly and professional way. We spent four nights in the van travelling around the south Devon coast. KTJ was very comfortable and had all the right equipment for what we needed to make our camping trip go smoothly. We especially enjoyed not needing an electric hookup and we were able to charge all our devices using the USB connectors including my hearing aids! This gave us much more freedom in choosing cheaper camp sites. Juli 2024

Adam and Tom were amazing! Communicated very well, made our whole experience really care-free, went over how to use everything really clearly. Adam even drove over to us after a bit of collection confusion. Katie-j is the best van! Really easy to drive, has everything you need and is really well insulated. The bed is comfy too! Juli 2024
