We understand that you are disappointed to have received a parking charge from us, but we did advise you that it was not possible to leave your car on the grass verge on our premises for the duration of your holiday. We are unable to offer any customer parking at our Edinburgh branch and this was made clear to you. We also advised you to use the long term car park at the airport about 10 minutes away. You were also given opportunity to come back and move your car but did not do so. The grass verge also requires regular maintenance over summer from local authorities and you dumping your car there despite being told by our staff not to is very problematic to this. Unfortunately you chose to ignore everything we advised and therefore incurred this charge. Ultimately this was your responsibility and could have been avoided. All our motorhomes are Adria Sun Living models and are less than 3 years old. The motorhomes are deep cleaned, multi-point checked and maintained by our specialist crew.
