Positiv: Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter/innen Der wunderschöne Ausblick auf Navajas. Der Start zu schönen Ausflugziele (Wasserfall, Heilquellen, Staudamm und der Plaza del Olmo uvm.)
Verbesserungswürdig: Vorlaufzeit für warmes Wasser zum Duschen und Abwaschen. Es dauert eine gefühlte Ewigkeit, bis das Wasser warm wird.

Super für E-Bike Radfahrer und Naturfreunde
Positiv: Freundlichkeit aller, alles sauber und gepflegt, Restaurant mit vielfältigem Angebot, auch Nicht Fleischesser finden etwas! Lange Öffnungszeiten, nicht ständig geschlossen, wie andere Restaurants in der Nachsaison! Toll für Radfahrer aufgrund der Lage an der Via Verde, einer sehr schönen, abwechslungsreichen Radwegstrecke.
Verbesserungswürdig: Hinweis auf den ungefährlicheren Zugang zur Via Verde über die Straße rechts raus am Campingplatz ca. 150 m zum Kreisverkehr und dann den „Camino“ nehmen, der führt direkt zur Via Verde. Der Zugang direkt vom Campingplatz aus ist zu steil für ältere Leute!!

Positiv: Whole site very well maintained. We were in a motorhome and the pitches were generous with your own sink/wash up area at the back of the pitch. Good restaurant and pool facilities. Plenty of WC/shower facilites on different levels as this site is on a hill so arranged in tiers. Within a short walking distance of the old village with two busy cafe/restaurants in the small squares. Very narrow streets so nice and cool. Can be a struggle walking up hill for those less mobile.

Camping is goed bereikbaar.
Positiv: Omdat de camping aan de Via Verde ligt, konden we hier, met af en toe mooie uitzichten heerlijk zonder autoverkeer fietsen. De oude stad is klein maar echt Spaans. De Salto la Novia was ook de moeite waard voor een bezoekje.
Verbesserungswürdig: Het sanitair is voldoende, maar gedateerd.

Positiv: Las parcelas son planitas, tienen sombra todo el día....ya que tienen toldos puestos. Esto se agradece mucho. Las parcelas son amplias y bien delimitadas. En la misma parcela tienes lavadero. Y todo rodeado de montaña!
Verbesserungswürdig: El agua de los lavabos. Al estar duchando me y otra persona abrir el agua, mi agua abrasaba....era imposible ducharse.

Article 1. Sales and Conditions
The present sales terms and conditions rule all the stays sold on the website www.secureholiday.net. They are included in the contract binding the establishment and the customers.
The client agrees to acknowledge these terms and conditions prior to any booking request for a stay concerning himself and any other person enjoying the stay.
According to the law in force, the present terms and conditions are available for the client for information only and prior to any contract for holiday purchase. The terms and conditions are available on written request to the establishment office.
Article 2. Booking conditions
2.1 Price and payment
All prices are given in Euros, including VAT.
Camping pitches booking requests: The lease is only effective after the establishment agreed and has received the deposit.
Rented accommodations booking requests: The lease is only effective after the establishment agreed and ha received the deposit.
2.2 Changing your booking request
No discount will be granted for late arrivals and/or early departures.
2.3 Cancellations
The deposit will be paid back for any cancellation received at least 30 days before the date of arrival.
Article 3. During your stay
3.1 Arrivals and departures
During high season, in rented accommodations, arrivals from 5 p.m. and departures before 12 a.m. Arrivals and departures on Saturday or Sunday. Minimal stay 7 nights.
During mid season, in rented accommodations, arrivals from 5 p.m. and departures before 12 a.m. Arrivals and departures any day of the week. Minimal stay 2 nights.
During low season, in rented accommodations, arrivals from 4 p.m. and departures before 7 p.m. Arrivals and departures any day of the week. Minimal stay 1 night.
3.2 Deposit
During high season a 150 € deposit for rented accommodations and 30 € deposit for camping pitches are demanded.
During mid season and low season a 30 € deposit for rented accommodations and 20 € deposit for camping pitches are demanded.
3.3 Departures
Any delay for giving back the key and leaving the pitch after 12 a.m. will be invoiced one extra night. Should your stay be extended, you must warn the establishment at least 24 hours before the departure date set previously.
3.4 Animals
Non dangerous animals are accepted in the accommodations.
4. Liability
The establishment is not liable for any damages on the holiday-maker's equipment.
5. Other
It is necessary to bring sheets and towels to the bungalows.
