Fantastischer Aufenthalt

Positiv: Es war einfach fantastisch. Der Vulkansee mit schwarzem Lavasand und kristallklarem Wasser ist unbeschreiblich schön. Wir haben auch den schwarzen Sand zum Pilling am See verwendet. Die Sicht Richtung Burg ist himmlisch. Der Camping ist klein und sehr süß. In die Stadt führt ein Weg teilweise auf der Fahrstraße ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß.

Verbesserungswürdig: Alles war super.

Positiv: Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum See, die sanitären Anlagen sind relativ sauber.

Verbesserungswürdig: An- und Abfahrtswege sind super eng und zugeparkt. Der Strand ist sehr steinig und der Steg marode und ohne Leiter in den See - hat also keine Funktion. Der Minimarkt hat Festessen gibt relnur Snacks und Softdrinks.

Positiv: Der See war angenehm. Am Platz gibt es viele Bäume

Verbesserungswürdig: Waschhäuser sollten ordentlich gereinigt werden (nicht nur 1x in der Woche) Animationen und Abendprogramm nicht erst ab 22 Uhr/nicht bis 1Uhr oder 2Uhr Früh. Gleichberechtigung aller Gäste (Italienische Sprache wird deutlich besser behandelt)

Verbesserungswürdig: La convivenza con i cani è a volte problematica, certamente in spiaggia non dovrebbero andarci, troppa promiscuità; è il motivo per il quale probabilmente in futuro questo campeggio non ci vedrà più fra i suoi clienti

General conditions for Chalets and Mobile Home :

Weekly holidays from Saturday to Saturday( in middle and high season) with availability from 16.00 o'clock on the day of arrival to 10.30 o'clock on the day of departure. All reservations must be confirmed within 60days of request by sending a down payment of 30% of the total reservation value. On their arrival, guests will be requested to leave a deposit of €. 120, which will be given back to them on the day of departure, provided that the house is found to be clean and in perfect state. Otherwise, guests will be charged with the expenses.

Cancellation:

Clients who notify their cancellation at least 30 days before the arrival date will be entitled to a refund of the down payment, less 10% for administration expenses. No refund will be granted to clients who cancell within 29 days before the beginning of the holiday or in case of their non-arrival. Failing to arrive within 16.00 o'clock on the day following the booked arrival day without announcing a delay will be considered to be a cancellation. No discounts are granted to clients who arrive later or leave earlier. All data will be subjected to the laws in force and will not be used for other aims than those stated.
