REQUEST FOR BOOKING AND PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT FOR STANDARD RATE
You can book your stay by paying:
• 30% of the total non-refundable within 3 days of our acceptance of your request and the remaining 70% within 20 days of check in date.
In case of failure to pay the remaining 70% within the established deadlines, the reservation will be considered canceled (we will send you a reminder email in good time to pay the 70% within the established deadlines).
The entire amount of the stay for the booked period is due even in the event of late arrival and/or early departure
REQUESTS FOR RESERVATIONS FOR STAYS IN THE 15 DAYS BEFORE THE START OF THE STAY OR FOR STAYS LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS and DEPOSIT PAYMENT STANDARD RATE
You can book your stay by paying:
• 100% of the total non-refundable within 3 days of our acceptance of your request
The entire amount of the stay for the booked period is due even in the event of late arrival and/or early departure
CONFIRMED STANDARD RATE BOOKING CHANGES
Any changes to an already confirmed booking are only possible if made:
- up to 25 days from the beginning of the stay
- with written communication to be sent to booking@baiadigallipoli.com, specifying the booking number, name and surname of the owner, period of stay
In the event of a booking change, the sum of €100.00 will be charged as booking management costs. If the changes are accepted, they will be subject to normal rate changes (increases and/or decreases).
CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATION PENALTIES STANDARD RATE
The cancellation request must be requested in writing to booking@baiadigallipoli.com
Cancellations up to 20 days from check in date: 30% penalty of the booking amount
Cancellations from 19 days after check in date: full booking amount penalty
In case of no show: full booking amount penalty
INSURED RATE
REQUEST FOR BOOKING AND PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT FOR INSURED RATE (REFUNDABLE AND INSURED UP TO 100%)
WHAT IS THE INSURED RATE (REFUNDABLE AND INSURED)
The insured rate refundable up to 100% provides free insurance coverage valid for all participants in the stay from the booking price until check out.
The rate guarantees cancellation for unforeseen events and offers a refund within 7 days of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the regulation of the Insurance Policy at the time of booking.
1. TRIP CANCELLATION FOR ANY DOCUMENTABLE CAUSE: illness, accident, holiday cancellation, etc., up to the day of check in and reimbursement of up to 100% of the prepaid amount.
2. ASSISTANCE DURING YOUR STAY: from arrival to departure you will be able to benefit from health assistance, baggage guarantee, theft and roadside assistance.
3. SUMMER SPECIAL: during your stay you will be protected in case of liability towards third parties, accident insurance when practicing sports and outdoor activities, reimbursement of services not used due to injury.
Trip cancellation insurance coverage included in your insurance policy will be applied to the amount paid. The included assistance coverages remain unchanged.

You can book your stay with this rate by paying:
- 100% of the total within 3 days of our acceptance of the booking request;
- The entire amount of the stay for the booked period is due even in the event of late arrival and/or early departure.
- you can also pay the amount due using the SCALAPAY payment method, i.e. paying for your holiday in 3 or 4 instalments. The first payment is made at the time of purchase and the remaining part is paid in 2 or 3 monthly installments with automatic and interest-free payments.
CONFIRMED BOOKING CHANGES INSURED RATE REFUNDABLE INSUREDAny changes to an already confirmed booking are only possible if made:
- up to 60 days from the beginning of the stay
- with written communication to be sent to booking@baiadigallipoli.com, specifying the booking number, name and surname of the owner, period of stay
In the event of a booking change, if possible, the sum of €60.00 will be charged as booking management costs. If the changes are accepted, they will be subject to normal rate changes (increases and/or decreases).
CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATION PENALTIES 100% INSURED RATE REFUNDABLE
The cancellation request must be requested in writing to booking@baiadigallipoli.com in order to activate the reimbursement from the insurance company
• CANCELLATION WITH CANCELLATION GUARANTEE: refund, THROUGH THE INSURANCE COMPANY, up to 100% of the total stay paid within 7 days of communication.

Don't give up on your stay, pay for the holiday you love, in 3 or 4 convenient interest-free instalments.
The first payment is made at the time of purchase and the remaining part is paid in 2 or 3 subsequent monthly installments with automatic and interest-free payments.

You can book your stay by paying:
- 100% of the total as a non-refundable deposit within 3 days of our acceptance of your request.
- in case of cancellation, modifications or no-show (no show): penalty of the entire amount paid
You will complete the booking on the Afterpay website using credit cards, debit cards or prepaid cards.
