INSCRIPTION
Registering forone of our rentals implies membership to TLC Vacancesfor 28€and acceptance of its general conditions of sale. To be valid, any registrations request must be accompanied by the payment of a depositto TLC Vacances, corresponding to 30% of the rental amount with a minimum of 150€. The balanceof the order must be paid no later than 40 days before the start of the rental. Failure to respect this deadline for payment of the balance could be considered as a cancellation on the part of the subscriber, who will therefore incur cancellation fees according to the scales provided.
PRICE ASSURANCE
Our brochures are the subject of the greatest attention, however, some cases of errors may occur after printing. All prices, dates and characteristics appearing in our brochures and their annexes must be confirmed at the time of registration. The prices indicated have been established in depending on the economic conditions and taxes in force on July 1, 2023. However, in the event of a variation in these economic conditions, these prices are subject to revision no later than 30 days before the date of departure (except increase in tax taxes). In this case, the justification for thechanges interventions will be provided to the user upon simple request. If the increase in prices is greater than 12%, the subscriber retains the option of canceling his or her subscriptions free of charge. Stay within 7 days, from the firstpresentation of the letter from TLC Vacances be required to delete all or part of the reserved rental. WELCOME
Arrivals are made according to the information specified on the voucher. Accommodations must be vacated before 10 a.m.on the day of departure except weekends (departurebetween 4 p.m.and 5 p.m.). Any arrival or departure outside the scheduled times or days must be subject to prior agreement from TLC Vacances. Capacity : Accommodation the number of people must under no circumstances exceed the capacity of the accommodationwhen the accommodation has two numbersof people, example studios ¾people, the 1stdigit indicates the number of people, recommended for better comfort, the 2ndindicates the capacity maximum of 3 adults and 1 child under 12 years old. ANIMAL
Guest must bring a basket or blanket. The presenceof animals being strictly prohibited on beds and cushions. Category 1 and 2 animals are prohibited.
A maximum of one small pet is tolerated in the authorized sites specified in the catalog. He must never be left alone in the rental. It must be specified on the registration form. He must be up to date with health conditions (vaccination record required), be kept on a leash, and not cause any harm to the environment (cleanliness and the neighborhood).
ASSURANCE
The subscriber is required to insure himself against the risks inherent in the occupation accommodation (theft, loss or damage to his personal property) as well as the damage which be could cause to the equipmentof the property given for rental or damage that it could cause dueto its negligence.
Cancellation insurance interruption of stay 2% of the amount of the stay with a minimum of 20€. This is optional and must be purchased when booking.
MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION
Any modificationof an element of the reservation, less than 30 days from departure, will incur a fee of 25€.
In the event of partial or total cancellationof the order, cancellation compensation will be charged, according to the following scales (with a minimum of 50€) :

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to TLC Vacances within 48 hours following the occurrenceof the event..
