Positiv: « Camping simple et bien entretenu. Le personnel, notamment à l'accueil, est très sympathique. Le mobil-home était propre, même s'il manquait dommageablement une ou deux prises dans la pièce principale. La piscine n'est pas top et reste froide. En revanche, nous avons adoré la présence de nos amis les chats, vraiment adorables ! Sinon, le camping était très calme, ce qui nous convenait parfaitement. C'est la première fois que l'on voit des barrières d'accès sans aucun badge pour rentrer. »

Verbesserungswürdig: « Des points sont toutefois à améliorer : La piscine : l'espace mériterait d'être un peu mieux aménagé, mais c'est surtout la température de l'eau qui nous a déçus, car elle était vraiment froide. L'accès au camping : nous avons été surpris par l'absence de badge pour ouvrir la barrière. N'importe qui pouvait rentrer durant la journée. À moins qu'il n'y ait un système de lecture automatique des plaques d'immatriculation à l'entrée ? Dans tous les cas, la gestion des accès est un point à revoir pour rassurer les vacanciers. »

Positiv: L'équipe est réactive et à l'écoute. Un grand merci à tous et en particulier à Sylvain dans sa voiturette ainsi qu'à Lucas et Suzanne ( l'équipe animation) que ce soit pour les tournois, le réveil aquatique et le sport à 18h00 qui sont adaptés à tous. Très calme la nuit Plusieurs installations de sport, divers tournois organisés. Les soirées différentes d'une semaine à l'autre

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE : Camping les alouettes

1- to suscribe : all of the inscriptions have to be with a transfer of a deposit of 80€ for the reservation of a pitch or a deposit of 30% for the reservation of a accomodation and also the booking fees (15€ for 2/3 nights, 20€ for 4/6 nights and 30€ from 7 nights by post and 7.50€ for 2/3 nights, 10€ for 4/6 nights and 15€ from 7 nights by internet).

Your reservation becomes definitive as soon as you've received a written confirmation from us. You will have to pay the balance of your journey one month before your arrival including the city taxes.
or a reservation that is 30 days before the arrival at the campsite, you will pay everything during the check in.

Forms of payment : credit card, postal money, money transfer cheque.

The cheques are accepted only for the deposit.
The reservations can be modify from the reception of a written notification, depending if the campsite agrees.
The number of people indicate for any location is the maximum number fo persons (children and babies included).

2- Lengh of stay: the arrivals are after 3 pm and the departures before noon.

3- Inventory : An inventory is made for the material for all the locations. There are all the materiels needed in the kitchen, pillow, blanket. ( sheets, and pillow cases are not in the locations except if you have rented a excellente mobil home) However, you can rent those two in the campsite.

For any location of an accomodation, a deposit is needed (300€ for the mobil home) and 80€ for the cleaning of the mobil home)

You will have to clean the mobil home at the end of the journey, otherwise we keep the 80€ of deposit.

4- Cancellation

For any cancellation, no money is given back to the costumers.

5- Insurance cancellation

We recommand you to take the insurance cancellation, if you take it, you will have the possibility to get a refund according to the conditions of the campsite.

6- Rules of precedure
Article 1 - Sales Terms and Conditions
The present sales terms and conditions rule all the stays sold on the website www.lesalouettes.com. They are included in the contract binding the establishment and the customers.

The client agrees to acknowledge these terms and conditions prior to any booking request for a stay concerning himself and any other person enjoying the stay.

According to the law in force, the present terms and conditions are available for the client for information only and prior to any contract for holiday purchase. The terms and conditions are available on written request to the establishment office.

Article 2 - Booking conditions 2.1 Price and payment
All prices are given in Euros, including VAT. The client's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.

Camping pitches booking requests: Pitches booking requests are nominative and nontransferable. The lease is only effective after the establishment agreed and has received the deposit and the administration fees.

Rented accommodations booking requests: Rented accommodations booking requests are nominative and nontransferable. The lease is only effective after the establishment agreed and has received the deposit and the administration fees.

Should you have any delay on the day of arrival and don't warn the establishment, the accommodation will be available 48 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the lease. After this time limit and without written message, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will remain acquired for the establishment.

2.2 Changing your booking request
No discount will be granted for late arrivals and/or early departures.

2.3 Cancellations
According to the general sales terms and conditions, any booking with unpaid balance will be cancelled. 0 % of the deposite will be paid back for any cancellation received at least 60 days before the date of arrival.

2.4 Withdrawals
The legal dispositions related to withdrawals on on-line sales do not apply to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 from the French Code de la consommation).

For any on-line booking, customers will have no right of withdrawal.

2.5 Cancellation Insurance
We advise you to subscribe cancellation insurance. This contract offers you cancellation insurance enabling you have the paid sum back if you cancel your stay or leave earlier under certain events and circumstances (illness, accident, etc.).

Insurance prices:

Camping pitches: 20.00 euros
Rented accommodations: 20 euros
Article 3 - During your stay 3.1 Arrivals and departures
In rented accommodations and camping pitches, arrivals from 15 p.m. and departures before 12 a.m. Free day of arrival.

3.2 Guarantee
A 300€ and 80€ guarantee will be deposit on your arrival. It will be given back on your departure during the reception opening hours and after inventory of fixtures. Any damage will be invoiced and added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning fees if the accommodation is not perfectly clean when you leave. If you cannot attend the inventory of fixtures, your guarantee will be sent back by post.

3.3 Animals
Animals are not allowed inside the accommodations.

3.4 Policies and procedures
In accordance with the law in force, the client agrees to subscribe to the Policies and procedures, listed in the Préfecture, available at the reception desk, it will be given on demand.

Article 4 - Liability
The establishment is not liable for any damages on the holiday-maker's equipment. Holiday-makers must have subscribed civil liability insurance for their equipment (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).

Article 5 - Applicable Law
These general conditions are subject to French law and all disputes concerning their application falls under the jurisdiction of the High Court or La Roche-sur-Yon
