GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALES OF THE RENTAL CONTRACT

Article 1: A rental of mobile home, cottage, caravan or a camping site will not be

taken into account and will be effective only after having duly completed and signed the lease and after having paid to the company Aqualex camping, the deposit requested on the latter.

Article 2: The fact that you sign this contract commits you to accept all the conditions

Article 3: The contract may be denounced only in case of force majeure by a mediator. In the event of a dispute and after having seized the customer's service of the establishment, any client of the campsite has the possibility to seize a consumer mediator, within a maximum of one year from the date of the written complaint , by LRAR, with the operator. Article 4: In the event of breach of contract, the deposit will be retained.

Article 5: The rental contract will show a specific date of arrival and departure.

Article 6: In case of cancellation in case of force majeure the reservoir is not required to pay the full balance of the stay.

Article 7: Any rental is nominative and can not in any way be ceded or leased.

Article 8: The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of an advance payment of a fixed amount on the contract.

Article 9: The total amount of the stay is fully payable on the day of arrival at the campsite and 30 days before your arrival date for rentals of chalets, mobile homes, canvas bungalows and caravans in case of payment by check. No reduction will be granted in case of delayed arrival or early departure.

Article 10: For any modification of the dates of stay, it can not be guaranteed the same location or the same

chalet, mobile home, caravan or canvas bungalow.

Article 11: Any customer is obliged to comply with the provisions of the internal regulations of the site, otherwise the exclusion without request of refund will be made.

Article 12: The supervision of minors by their parents or guardians is obligatory, the management of the campsite declines any responsibility in case of accident.

Article 13: The supervision of the visitors is the responsibility of the campers who receive them, they must make themselves known at the reception.

Article 14: Dogs or cats are accepted if they are a day of their vaccinations, if they are kept on a leash, they must not be left alone on the site or in the rental, dogs of 1st and 2nd category are prohibited .

Article 15: The campsite declines all responsibilities in the event of theft or incident related to the camper's civil liability.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION

Article 1: For the client who does not come for any reason whatsoever no refund will be made except in the case of purchase of the cancellation insurance sold by the campsite through the company CAMPEZ COUVERT at the time of the booking.

Article 2: Any stay begun is due in full.

Article 3: The expenses of files will not be the object of a credit.

Article 4: The cancellation insurance refunds the whole of the sums paid before the arrival of the stay.

The insurance premium must be paid in full when booking the stay and is non-refundable.
