1 – BOOKING
- Bookings can be done by post, by telephone and online
www.camping-laclairiere.fr.
- Booking a camping pitch or a rental accommodation implies the signature
of a booking contract and the payment of a deposit that is
calculated following the type of booking:
- For the booking of a camping pitch: a payment of 30 % of the total
amount of the holiday
- For the booking of a rental accommodation: a payment of 30 % of
the total amount of the holiday.
- For the booking of a weekend: the payment of the total amount of
the holiday.
- The booking is confirmed after receipt of our written confirmation.
- The balance of your stay must be paid one month prior to arrival.
- No refunds or discounts will be allocated in case of late arrivals or
early departures, whatever the reasons may be. The campsite will
claim full payment the entire stay.
2 – PAYMENT TERMS
- By French bank cheque (to the attention of the selected site)
- By money order - French chèques vacances - credit card
3 – PRICES
- Included are: the rent of a camping pitch or an accommodation (for
the indicated number of persons), gas and electricity for the accommodations,
the access to the playground, to the sanitary facilities
(reserved for campers) and some of the activities…
- Not included are: the booking fee for the booking of a camping pitch
or accommodation, the tourist tax, the rent of linen, sheets for the
rental accommodations, the cleaning of the accommodation at the
end of each stay (a warranty deposit of 100€€ will be asked of you
upon arrival. This deposit will be cashed if the cleaning is not satisfactory),
some of the activities…
4 – ACCOMMODATIONS
- Renting a camping pitch: the pitch is booked and rented per night.
It is available from 4pm on the day you arrive and must be free
before midday on the day you leave.
- Rental accommodations:
Per week: the accommodation is rented from Saturday to Saturday.
It is available from 4pm on the day you arrive and must be free
before 10am on the day you leave.
Per night: Arrival day free of choice. The accommodation is available
from 4pm on the day you arrive and must be free before 10am
on the day you leave.
A warranty deposit of 330€ will be asked of you upon arrival, to
ensure the accommodation is left in a good state, This deposit will be
handed back to you on the day you leave after a check-up and after
possible deductions for repairing and/or missing objects. An inventory
will be given on the day of arrival. You have 24 hours to return it signed.
After this time, it will be deemed valid. Any objection will lapse.
The campsite manager must be informed of all possible delays of
arrival, in order to keep your camping pitch or rental accommodation
booking. Without any notification from you within 24 hours after the
planned arrival date, the manager reserves the right to use the booked
accommodation with no possible refunds.
